RenLUG AFOL Club Membership Form

RenLUG, a community of adult Lego enthusiasts located primarily in Seminole, Orange, and Lake County, Florida, provides COMPLIMENTARY MEMBERSHIP. (Please note that certain optional activities and events may incur participation costs. Members are responsible for the cost of their club shirt and nametag)

RenLUG stands for inclusivity and firmly opposes discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), national origin, disability, or age. We anticipate all members to collaborate effectively and play well with others.

Each adult member who will be in attendance at a RenLUG event is required to fill out and submit one form, providing all necessary personal information to the membership committee. Please be sure to have all participating adults in your household fill out the membership form. Upon review and acceptance of your submission, a welcome packet will be sent to the email address provided and you will begin receiving the club newsletters.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to community, education, and ethical collaboration, we believe consent and respect are foundational. Whether it’s a photo of a builder or a photo of their brick-built masterpiece, we never use images without clear permission.

Our media release process ensures that every member has full control over how their likeness and creations are shared. Participation should always feel safe, celebrated, and voluntary.

We’re proud to build a culture of trust—where credit is given, boundaries are honored, and every member’s voice matters.

By submitting this form, I do hereby grant permission to RenLUG, its representatives, affiliates, and authorized media partners to photograph, video record, and/or otherwise capture my image, likeness, and any works I display or contribute to during RenLUG activities, including public and private events.
