Bylaws

Voting members are entitled to receive a copy of the corporation’s bylaws under Florida law. Just ask, and we’ll be glad to email you a PDF copy. You’ll also automatically receive the bylaws (and any proposed changes) before each quarterly meeting.

Much like the fabled “Book of Love,” they are long and a boring… but important! Remember, you were required to read them (and pass a short test) before becoming a voting member, and it’s a good idea to review them again before each quarterly meeting.
