Friends Worth Crossing Centuries For
Most LEGO® fans don’t know that organized adult communities exist. Most who do don’t know what one actually looks like from the inside — the collaborative builds, the public events, the genuine friendships, the sense of doing something that matters beyond the hobby itself.
RenLUG is what an adult LEGO® community looks like when it’s built around purpose. Not just passion — purpose. Since 2019 we have put LEGO® in the hands of 13,180+ people across Central Florida, in libraries, science centers, schools, and community festivals. We have partnered with engineering societies and earned recognition at the federal level for community service. We have built Florida’s only LUG-operated gravity racing track and carried forward an 18-year engineering education legacy entrusted to us by an organization that chose us as their successor.
And membership is free. Because community access should never be a financial barrier.
🛡️ RenLUG isn’t just a LEGO® club—we’re a community-driven, program-focused organization dedicated to creativity, collaboration, and impact across Central Florida.
RenLUG membership is free — not because we offer less, but because our mission is community access. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Our resources go into programs, partnerships, and public impact — not membership administration. Joining should never be a barrier to being part of something meaningful.
🧭 Active. Visible. Engaged.
We don’t just attend events—we help create them.
- Year-round calendar of public events, meetings, and outreach
- Multi-week library installations and exhibits
- Participation in major community festivals and STEM events
- Consistent presence across Central Florida communities
🏗️ More Than Displays
While many groups focus on showcasing builds, RenLUG goes further by delivering hands-on interactive experiences and original programming:
- 🎢 RenLUG Royal Rally Racing – Florida’s only LUG-operated LEGO® gravity track
- 🧱 Play Brick Build Zones – hands-on creative spaces for all ages
- 🧠 STEM-focused exhibits that connect LEGO® with engineering and learning
- 🎭 Themed displays designed for engagement, storytelling, and education
RenLUG creates opportunities for children, families, and future builders to actively engage—not just observe.
We believe the best way to inspire the next generation… is to let them build.
🤝 Built Through Community Partnerships
We work alongside libraries, museums, schools, and organizations to:
